Individual Options Waiver Amendment
- On February 4, 2009, the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities received notification that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) approved the renewal application for the Individual Options (IO) waiver. This renewal will go went into effect on March 1, 2009, and will remain effective until February 28, 2014.
Level 1 Waiver Amendment
- The Level One amendment to increase capacity was approved by CMS, effective October 1, 2008
