Designed for County Boards, Agency & Independent Providers. This training will:

• Review OAC 5123:2-9-05
• Educate why documentation is vital
• Instruct documentation guidelines
• Address challenges in documentation and how to meet them
  

Training meets Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) requirement towards eight hours of continuing
education/training every year for providers and is approved for 2 hours DODD Continuing Professional Development
Units.
