Certification Renewal for RN Trainers

ODMRDD is beginning the process of certification renewal for RN Trainers. All necessary information must be submitted to Moseneice Thomas (moseneice.thomas@dodd.oho.gov) by August 1, 2009. You are not required to send in the copies of Continuing Education (CE) certificates. You need only to indicate this information on the form.

After the deadline, ODMRDD will do a 10 percent random audit and require those 10 percent to send in copies of their CE certificates to verify this information.
